§ 10.20.020 SERVICE CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   All privately-owned service lines are to be placed in easements dedicated to that purpose.
   (B)   Monuments of any Record. Any person whose activities have disturbed or destroyed a monument or its accessories shall replace the monument(s) and/or accessories in accordance with § 8.08.020(J).
