(A) Permanent service. All permanent structures or facilities requiring wastewater service beyond an initial twelve (12) month period shall be served by a permanent wastewater service connection that is installed in or upon a structure and maintained in accordance with City standards.
(B) Temporary service. Temporary wastewater service connections that are installed and maintained in accordance with City standards shall be permitted to provide wastewater service during the course of construction and during other special circumstances for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months. One (1) twelve (12) month extension may be approved by the City Director.
