§ 10.04.068 SERVICE INTERRUPTION AND SERVICE FAILURES.
   (A)   Temporary suspension of service. The City may temporarily suspend any service for the purpose of making repairs or improvements to its facilities. In such cases, when practicable, advance public notice shall be given and every effort will be made to keep service interruptions as short as possible.
   (B)   Notification of service failure. The consumer shall promptly notify the City of any interruptions, defects, trouble or accidents affecting the service. If the consumer’s service fails, the consumer shall check their breakers before calling the City. If a service person is sent out at the consumer’s request and it is determined that the consumer’s equipment is at fault, the City shall charge the consumer for the service call in accordance with the City’s fee and rate ordinance.
