(A) Any person that owns, operates, manages or maintains an adult-oriented business or their agents or employees shall permit representatives of the Public Safety Department, Planning Department, or other City departments or agencies to inspect the premises of an adult-oriented business for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the law, at any time it is occupied or open for business.
(B) A person who operates an adult-oriented business, their agents, or employees, commit a misdemeanor if the person refuses to permit lawful inspection of the premises at any time it is open for business.
