§ 9.36.020 DEFINITIONS.
   (A)    All words used in this Chapter shall be defined as set forth in Chapter 8.06 of this Code. In addition, the following definitions apply:
      "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE" has the same meaning as in AS 04.21.080(b).
      "KNOWINGLY" has the same meaning as in AS 11.81.900(2).
      "PERFORMER" means any person who, with or without compensation or other form of consideration, provides live entertainment for patrons of an adult-oriented business.
