§ 9.36.010 PROHIBITION.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to establish, own, operate, manage or maintain an adult-oriented business at which any person is encouraged, allowed or permitted to act in a manner contrary to the regulations established in this Chapter or in Title 8 of this Code or to engage in:
      (1)   Any unlawful sexual act;
      (2)   Unlawful solicitations for sexual intercourse, sodomy, oral copulation, or masturbation; or
      (3)   Any acts of lewdness, assignation, or prostitution, or act relating to distribution of obscene matter to minors.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person on the premises of an adult-oriented business to knowingly act in a manner contrary to the regulations established in this Chapter or in Title 8 of this Code.
   (C)   It is unlawful for any person to establish, own, operate, manage or maintain an adult-oriented business in a manner that does not comply with the regulations established in this Chapter or in Title 8 of this Code.
