§ 9.20.030 PROSECUTION OF LICENSEE FOR ACTS OF EMPLOYEES.
   Every licensee is personally responsible for the conduct of his licensed premises as may be prosecuted for violations of this chapter committed by his employees or agents which occur on his licensed premises. This section shall not relieve the employee or agent of his personal criminal liability.
