§ 9.20.010 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   It is unlawful:
   (A)   To violate any state law governing service, consumption, or distribution of alcoholic beverages within the City.
   (B)   To consume intoxicating liquor on the public streets, alleys, parks, or other public places unless specifically exempted in this chapter.
