(A) No person may operate or drive a taxicab or other for-hire vehicle upon any city street unless the person is licensed as a chauffeur under this Chapter.
(B) Chauffeur licenses shall be renewable every three (3) years and shall be valid from the date of issuance through December 31 of the third year of issue.
(C) A chauffeur's license is not required to drive a public or private school bus used to transport children to and from school or school-sanctioned activities.
