§ 7.12.030 APPLICATION FOR TIDE AND SUBMERGED LAND LEASE.
   All applications for a tide and submerged lands lease shall be submitted to the Planning Department. The Planning Department shall evaluate the applications and shall report a recommendation to the City Manager. The City Manager may execute a lease after City Council approval for tide and submerged lands pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
