§ 7.08.030 SALE OR DISPOSAL; RIGHTS AND POWERS.
   The city may sell or dispose of any interest in real property, including property acquired or held for or dedicated to a public use, except as outlined in § 7.08.050(D), when in the judgment of the City Council it is no longer required for municipal purposes.
