§ 6.36.090 ACTION FOR COLLECTION OF TAX AGAINST REAL PROPERTY.
   (A)   If the tax on real property is not paid when due, the Council shall address such delinquencies as required in this Chapter. Unless other measures are specifically allowed by the Council, the Council shall direct the City Clerk to enforce the lien of the tax by foreclosure.
   (B)   If the tax on a leasehold interest or other taxable interest in tax exempt property is not paid when due, the City may enforce the tax by a personal action against the delinquent taxpayer brought in the proper court, in addition to other remedies available to the City to enforce the lien.
