§ 6.36.060 METHODS OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES.
   Delinquent personal property taxes together with the penalty and interest, may be collected either by distraint or in a personal action brought in the name of the City against the owner, or both such methods of collection may be used, in the discretion of the Council. Neither methods of collection shall be deemed exclusive.
