After a challenged voter has cast his ballot, the challenged voter will insert the ballot into a small blank envelope. This envelope shall be placed in the signed oath and affidavit envelope. The oath and affidavit envelope will be put in the ballot box, and delivered to the City Clerk with all other election material. The City Clerk shall present these materials to the canvass committee and assist in determining the merits of the challenge.
