§ 4.24.030 PREPARATION OF OPTICAL SCAN VOTING UNIT.
   Before receiving any ballots, the Election Board must, in the presence of all persons assembled at the polling place, prepare the optical scan voting unit according to the instructions supplied by the State of Alaska for setting up the optical scan voting unit and opening the polls.
