§ 4.20.050 SAMPLE BALLOTS.
   The City Clerk shall have a number of sample ballots printed. The sample ballots will be printed on non-white paper and clearly labeled as “Sample Ballot.” Sample ballots shall be posted or distributed in conspicuous places at least 15 days prior to the date of the election.
