(A) A candidate may correct, amend, or withdraw a declaration of candidacy, through the last day for filing declarations or within a 24 hour period immediately following the final hour for filing declarations, by submitting a written notice with the City Clerk.
(B) If a candidate desires to run for a different office or seat, the candidate shall request a new declaration of candidacy form from the City Clerk.
