§ 4.08.010 ELECTION DUTIES OF CITY CLERK.
   The City Clerk or her designee will perform the duties necessary for the administration of city elections. The election duties of the City Clerk include, but are not limited to, obtaining from the State of Alaska a list of voters registered pursuant to AS 15.07.040. The City Clerk may publish notices urging voter registration and may cooperate with the State of Alaska in encouraging city residents to register.
