§ 3.60.110 HARASSMENT.
   It is the policy of the City of Unalaska to provide a work environment free from workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination. All employees have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at work. Abusive or offensive conduct; workplace bullying or harassment; harassment of a sexual nature; and/or discrimination or harassment based on a protected characteristic is prohibited in the workplace. Employees shall not engage in workplace bullying, discrimination, or harassment of any kind toward any other employee or member of the public who enters the city workplace. The City of Unalaska and employees will comply with the requirements of Title VII Civil Rights Act of 1964; AS 18.80.220; Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 as they relate to this subject.
