§ 3.60.080 CITY HOUSING POLICY.
   As long as the City Council considers the housing shortage within the community critical and deems it necessary for the city government to provide some housing accommodations for certain employees, then the City Council shall periodically adopt by resolution a city housing policy to be administered by the City Manager or designee.
