§ 3.44.070 HOLIDAYS FALLING ON A REGULARLY SCHEDULED DAY OFF.
   When a recognized holiday falls on a regularly scheduled day off, an employee classified as non-exempt shall receive off either the work day immediately preceding or a work day during the week immediately following the regularly scheduled day in lieu of the holiday. If the day in lieu of the holiday is worked, pay shall be computed pursuant to § 3.44.030(C).
