§ 3.24.020 PURPOSE OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROGRAM.
   The primary purpose of the employee performance evaluation program is to inform employees how well they are performing and to offer constructive criticism on how they can improve their work performance. Performance evaluation shall also be considered in decisions affecting salary advancement, promotions, demotions, dismissals, order of layoff, order of reemployment, placement and training needs.
