§ 2.36.040 ACTING CITY CLERK.
   In case of the temporary absence of the City Clerk, the City Manager may designate an acting City Clerk, with all the powers and obligations of the City Clerk. The acting City Clerk shall sign all documents in the name of the City Clerk, subscribing their personal signature as acting City Clerk.
