§ 1.20.070 ORDINANCE CONFINED TO SINGLE SUBJECT.
   An ordinance shall be confined to one subject unless it is an appropriation ordinance or one codifying, revising, or rearranging existing ordinances. Ordinances making appropriations shall be confined to appropriations.
