§ 1.08.010 NAME OF CITY AND FORM OF GOVERNMENT.
   (A)   The City of Unalaska shall continue as a municipal corporation under the name "The City of Unalaska."
   (B)   The government of the City shall be that commonly known and designated as the City Council-Manager form.
   (C)   The word "City" shall be construed as if the words "of Unalaska" followed the word City, and shall extend to and include its officers, agents, and employees when the context otherwise requires.
