3-2-1: PERMIT REQUIRED:

An annual permit shall be required to allow for the sale of hobby, craft, produce, etc., items in a farmers' market, flea market, swap meet, etc., where vendors rent tables or booths from a business licensed for such events in the city of Umatilla. (Ord. 770, 4-3-2012)
