3-1-4: CONTENTS OF LICENSE:
Every business shall specify:
   A.   The name of the person to whom it is issued.
   B.   The particular place at which the business shall be carried on.
   C.   The dates within which the license is valid. (Ord. 486, 7-19-1982)
