A. Established: This Title establishes standards and procedures for the adjusting of lot lines and dividing land within the City. These regulations ensure that land is divided in accordance with the City's Comprehensive Plan, applicable zoning requirements, and public works standards. Moreover, these regulations set forth uniform design standards for land divisions and transportation systems, and ensure that adequate public facilities are provided.
B. Modifications: The approval authority may modify standards and criteria of this Title following the procedure and criteria for variances in Title 10, Chapter 14 of this Code as part of the land division review. (Ord. 673, 6-16-1998)
