Agriculture, grazing, horticulture and the growing of timber are not subject to the restrictions of this title. "Timber growing" is interpreted to be the growing of trees for commercial purpose. Tracts of land of less than five (5) acres shall be presumed to be nonagricultural, nongrazing, nonhorticultural and not for the growing of timber unless proved to be otherwise. (Ord. 688, 6-15-1999)
