Any contractor, or person who works for compensation, performing work on a tree, other than planting, which is fifteen feet (15') above ground level and has limbs greater than three inches (3") in diameter, must be licensed with the Oregon construction contracting board (CCB) per Oregon administrative rule (OAR) 812-002-0300.
