6-4-8: PENALTIES:
Violation of Section 6-4-1 of this Chapter is punishable by the imposition of a Class C civil fine. Violation of other sections of this Chapter is punishable by the imposition of a Class D civil fine 1 . (Ord. 576, 8-22-90; 1993 Code)
