A. Unlawful Camping On Public Property Within The City Limits Of The City Of Umatilla:
1. It shall be illegal to camp on any public property for any purpose within the city limits of the city of Umatilla outside of an established campground.
2. Organized youth groups may be exempted from this provision in municipal parks after having obtained permission from the city manager.
B. Unlawful Camping On Private Property Within The City Limits Of The City Of Umatilla:
1. It shall be illegal to camp on private property within the city limits of the city of Umatilla:
a. With the intention of establishing a living quarters within a tent, travel trailer, vehicle or other contrivance outside of an established home. (See also section 6-2-3-1 of this code.)
b. Without the permission or knowledge of the owner of the private property. (Ord. 806, 9-1-2015)
