4-1-7-2: VIOLATION:
   A.   Any property determined by the police department to be chronic nuisance property is in violation of this chapter and subject to its remedies.
   B.   Any person in charge of property determined by the police department to be chronic nuisance property is in violation of this chapter and subject to its remedies. (Ord. 778, 9-4-2012)
