4-1-6-1: DETERMINATION OF NUISANCE:
Whenever a nuisance is found to exist within the City or within its extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Manager may follow procedures prescribed in this chapter to obtain compliance with this Code. The Manager, or his designate, may enter any property or building at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection or enforcing this chapter. As used in this section, an emergency exists when the Manager has reasonable cause to believe that the nuisance constitutes an immediate and active danger to the public health, safety and/or welfare. Nothing in this chapter precludes the City from treating any section of this Code as a violation pursuant to the terms of title 1, chapter 4 of this Code. (Ord. 829, 10-2-2018)
