No person may attach or cause to be attached an advertisement, bill, placard, poster or sign upon real or personal public property. On private property permission from the owner or person in control of the property must first be obtained. This section shall not be construed as an amendment to or a repeal of any City Development Code regulation of the use and location of signs. (Ord. 778, 9-4-2012)
