A. The acts, conditions or objects specifically enumerated and defined are declared public nuisances, and may be abated as provided by section 4-1-6 of this chapter.
B. In addition to the nuisances specifically enumerated in section 4-1-5 of this chapter, every other thing, substance or act that is determined by the City Council to be injurious or detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare of the City is declared a nuisance and may be abated as provided in section 4-1-6 of this chapter.
