It is the intent of this chapter to encourage a clean, healthy and satisfying environment for the City's citizens, one free from nuisances, eyesores, unhealthy or devaluating conditions. To these ends, this chapter seeks to regulate, identify and provide a means to enforce the regulations to protect the health, safety and welfare of residents and property owners. (Ord. 778, 9-4-2012)
