4-5-1: ILLEGAL FIREWORKS PROHIBITED:

It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, expose for sale, possess, use, explode or allow to be exploded any fireworks except as permitted under the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes 480.111 through Oregon Revised Statutes 480.165. (Ord. 838, 9-3-2019)
