4-1-10: PENALTY:
   A.   Misdemeanor; Fine: Violations of this ordinance shall be punishable as a class B misdemeanor upon conviction either;
      1.   As a class B misdemeanor; or
      2.   By imposing civil penalties as determined in resolution no. 18-0320-NUI. (Ord. 243-18, 3-20-2018; amd. Ord. 274-23, 1-17-2023)
