4-1-9: ADDITIONAL REMEDIES:
In addition to the penalties and abatement procedures outlined in this chapter, the inspector may initiate any or all of the following actions:
   A.   Injunctions;
   B.   Mandamus;
   C.   Proceedings to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove; or
