11-1-1: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:
As a municipality the city of Uintah is specifically authorized by Utah code section 10-3-701 to promote the health, safety and welfare of its citizens through the exercise of its legislative powers by ordinance. (Ord. 226-15, 4-7-2015)
