The intent of the minor subdivision process is to allow for small subdivisions (1 to 3 lots) to be processed in a time frame appropriate to the less complex nature of the development. In this process, the preliminary and final plats as required for a major subdivision may be simplified and/or combined at the discretion of the city. (Ord. 154-01, 12-4-2001)
