8-1-28: PENALTY:
Any person or corporation who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and upon conviction such person shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (2013 Code; amd. Ord. 268-22, 6- -2022)
