8-1-23: ACCESS FOR INSPECTIONS:

The superintendent and his/her agents shall have free access to any place supplied with water service through the system for the purpose of examining the apparatus and ascertaining the amount of water service being used and the manner of its use. Except in emergencies, the superintendent and his/her agents shall make such inspections during reasonable hours. (Ord. 168-03, 11-11-2003)
