A. Use Without Payment: It is unlawful for any person, by himself or by any family member, servant, employee or agent, to use the system without paying for the use as provided in this chapter.
B. Use Without Meter: It is unlawful for any person to receive any water from the system unless the water usage is measured by a meter installed or approved by the department.
C. Opening Fixtures Without Permit: It is unlawful for any person to open any fire hydrant, stopcock, valve or other fixture attached to the system without a permit from the superintendent.
D. Injury To System: It is unlawful to injure, deface or impair any part of the system or to cast anything into any reservoir or tank belonging to the system. (Ord. 168-03, 11-11-2003)
E. Turning On Water After Shut Off: It shall be unlawful for any person, after the water has been turned off to any premises for nonpayment of fees or for other violation of the ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations governing the system, to turn the water back on, or allow the water to be turned back on without authority from the superintendent. F. Permitting Unauthorized Use: It shall be unlawful for any customer to permit any person from other premises or any unauthorized person to use or obtain water services regularly from his/her premises or water facilities. (Ord. 168-03, 11-11-2003)
