8-1-21: WASTE OF WATER:

A. Notice: If, in the judgment of the superintendent or any other officer of the city, a customer wastes water, the superintendent or the other officer shall notify the customer of the waste and give the customer reasonable time to discontinue the waste.

B. Failure To Comply: Failure of the customer to comply with the notice shall be grounds for shutting off the customer's water service. (Ord. 168-03, 11-11-2003)
