8-1-14: MACHINERY USAGE REQUIRES PERMIT:
No water from the system shall be supplied for the purpose of driving or propelling any machinery of any kind whatsoever, including motors, syphons, turbines, wheels, hydraulic engines or elevators, without a permit issued by the city council. (Ord. 168-03, 11-11-2003)
