A. Required: Any person who desires or is required to secure water service from the system shall apply for such service by filing a written application for service with the department. The application shall be in substantially the form contained in exhibit B, which is on file and available in the city office.
B. Nonowner Applicant; Agreement Of Owner: The city shall not accept applications for water service from customers who do not own the property upon which the service will be provided, unless the property owner agrees in writing to guarantee payment for the water service. The agreement shall be in substantially the form contained in exhibit C, which is on file and available in the city office. (Ord. 168-03, 11-11-2003; amd. 2013 Code)
