917.01  CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS.
   (a)   Renovation, renewal, construction and improvements of streets in the City of Uhrichsville are subject to the standards and specifications set forth in Exhibits A and B hereof.
   (b)   All asphalt material must be compacted in no more than two-inch lifts.  All granular material must be compacted in no more than six-inch lifts.  The thickness of existing roadway includes brick (pavers).
   (c)   The contractor or utility company is responsible for pavement replacement for a period of two years after completion.
   (d)   Said pavement replacement is to be inspected by the Service Director or Street Superintendent.
   (e)   The inspection must be completed by the Service Director or Street Superintendent before the two-year warranty starts.

   (f)   When restoring the road surface the new guidelines for resurfacing shall be used.
   (g)   It shall be as existing surface, from side of street to other side of street and block to block.  (Ord. 11-08.  Passed 5-8-08.)
