913.01 ENFORCEMENT.

The Service Director shall be the officer of the City responsible for the administration of Title One of Part Nine - Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code involving the renovation, renewal, construction and improvement of streets, curbs, gutters, sidewalks and driveways in the City.
